The annual Homeowners Association (HOA) fee is $250 per household, due each year in January. These funds support the maintenance of common areas, community improvements, and other essential services that help preserve the quality and value of our neighborhood. Homeowners will receive payment instructions and reminders ahead of the due date.
Payments not received by March 1st will incur a late fee of $25 per month, beginning January 2026. If dues remain unpaid for one year, starting July 1st, a lien may be placed on the property. Any legal fees associated with filing and removing the lien will be the responsibility of the homeowner. It is important to pay dues on time to avoid additional charges and legal action.

Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue, the location, and any supporting details or photos if applicable. Complaints are reviewed by the HOA Board and addressed in accordance with our community guidelines and governing documents.
